Welcome to Smart Minds Academy (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our tutoring platform and services accessible via our website and app (“Platform”). By registering an account, you (“Parent” or “User”) agree to comply with these Terms.
Smart Minds Academy provides an online platform connecting parents and learners with qualified tutors. Parents create and manage child profiles, subscribe to lessons, and monitor progress. Tutors allocate lessons based on the child’s subscription plan and learning needs.
Lessons are allocated by tutors after subscription. Missed lessons are not automatically rescheduled unless arranged directly with the tutor or as part of the plan.
Subscriptions may be monthly, quarterly, or yearly. Payments are securely processed through PayFast. Failure to renew may suspend access for both parent and child accounts.
Tutors are assigned based on level and availability. Smart Minds Academy reserves the right to reassign tutors when necessary.
All materials are the intellectual property of Smart Minds Academy. Unauthorized sharing or reproduction is prohibited.
Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund Policy. Parents may request cancellation before renewal.
Parents and children must treat tutors respectfully and follow proper online etiquette. Violations may lead to account suspension.
Smart Minds Academy does not guarantee academic outcomes. We are not liable for indirect damages or technical interruptions.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform means acceptance of the latest version.
